5. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms
Setup Fee: One-time payment due before design or development begins. Non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly Plan: Charged automatically in advance of each billing period.
Late Payments: If your payment fails or is overdue, we may pause access to your website, services, or platform features.
Methods: We accept bank transfers and card payments via secure online gateways.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We believe in fairness and clarity:
* Setup fees are non-refundable after project work begins.
* Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.

* We retain ownership of all intellectual property until payment is made in full.

* If you're on a monthly Smart Website plan, we host and manage your site. You can export or migrate it if needed, following final payment and offboarding fee.

9. Hosting & Platform Access
All Smart Websites are hosted on our managed platform:
* Includes backups, security, SSL, and uptime monitoring
* Admin access is provided based on your service level
* Cancellation may result in removal of hosting or access unless otherwise arranged

10. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your service if:
* Payments are overdue by more than 14 days
* You violate these Terms
* You use our services for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining billing cycles.
